Cost of course:
£2,700 in total. This can be paid in instalments if required:
£500 deposit followed by 11 payments of £200 per month.
(other payment options can be discussed if necessary. There is a discount available if the full amount can be paid up-front)

9:30am: morning Aarti, followed by Hatha Yoga module
11:30 Pranayama module
13:00 Lunch
14:00 Karma Yoga
15:00 Mantras and Bhajans
16:00 Yoga chikitsa / therapy or Anatomy and physiology
17:30 preparing/cooking and eating supper together
19:00 Satsanga
Followed by Mauna (silence) and bedtime
Sunday:
06:00 morning Aarti followed by hatha yoga series revised
8:00 Breakfast
9:00 Karma Yoga
10:00 pranayama revision
11:00 Anatomy and physiology or sample class/teaching methodology
12:00 lunch prepare/eat together
13:30 mantras/bhajans
14:30 Satsanga followed by close of weekend.

Practicals: please bring sleeping bag/duvet, towel, and toiletries. All meals are provided here; please advise of any food allergies beforehand.
If accepted you will need to complete a health disclaimer form, and agree to the terms of Ashram living codes of conduct.
Please note we are accredited by both the BWY and YAP, however we can only run this course under BWY if a minimum of 8 students are willing to do this.
BWY accreditation additional costs:
You will be required (mamdatory) to join the BWY approx. £80 membership annually; this will also cover you to teach.
As your work will be externally verified there will also be an additional charge of £90 for the external verification to the BWY.
YAP accreditation additional costs:
YAP will encourage you though they do not insist that you should become a member and you can purchase trainee teacher insurance for £25 per year, which should be upgraded within 2 weeks of successful graduation to the full insurance.
