Yoga Classes

All our classes are safe for all levels of yoga studetns. We teach hatha yoga in a safe and step by step approach so every one can practice it to their own level. Yoga classes with us include jattis-warm ups, kriyas- movement of body with breath and awreness, asana- postures, and relaxation. Please come and try to find how yoga can help you.

We are now back holding in person sessions at the Ashram, our Wednesday sessions are hybrid sessions meaning they are avilable in person or online using a Zoom link, please see all our available sessions below
