During this Retreat, Ram Vakkalanka will present the spiritual side of music and explain the relationship between music and the energetic aspects of our mind-body system. Ram presents music from a unique perspective and its soothing quality truly enthralls the audience. In Ram's hands, the musical notes become Mantras and create vibrant, energetic and peaceful ambiance. Audiences unmistakably experience inner healing though his music.

Ram's Introduction:
Ram Vakkalanka is an internationally known Nada Yogi, Sitar artist, Yoga philosopher, Meditation teacher and Sanskrit expert. Ram is a Master of sound energy and vibrations. Ram belongs to the musical lineage of Maestro Ravi Shankar and specializes in playing healing and meditative Ragas on the Sitar. So far, twenty CDs and one DVD of his works have been released. His music is used by Chiropractors, Reiki practitioners and other healing practitioners in their sessions for its soothing quality. Ram presented Nada Yoga concerts in many countries from Thailand to Bahamas.
