Karma Yoga Retreat Portugal

This will be one of our first organised retreats at this new developing Yoga centre!

This will be at a reduced rate as a Karma Yoga focused sadhana including a lead classical hatha yoga class every morning and a bhajan/mantra chanting session followed by satsnag every evening. Through the day there will be approx 4 hours of Karma Yoga working on fruit tree planting around the 21 acres or other small projects.

Schedule:

Weds 28th: Arrive afternoon/evening

Thursday 29th:

6:30am - 8am Hatha Yoga

8:30am Breakfast

9:30 - 1pm Karma Yoga

1pm lunch

Free time after lunch

7pm Supper

8 - 9pm Bhajans and Satsanga

Saturday will be a day to visit local areas and Sunday relax day otherwise days will schedule as above (may be slight variartions)

Tuesday close of retreat and weds travel day.

Cost: Includes Food and accomodation and classes for £300 (this is a full week now) special opening celebratory price.

Accomodation:

We have 4 twin cabins and one bell tent to accomodate 10 people.

This is an eco off grid venue, we have compost toilets and solar panels please be prepared for back to nature outdoor lifestyle!

We will consider people coming in their own accomodation.camper van or tent but please discuss with us.
