We welcome all to visit the Ashram, experience some taster yoga classes, enjoy lunch, a small shop and complimentary therapies will also be available.

About the event
We will have yoga classes every hour plus some extra sessions of bhajan singing session, kids yoga class and an acre yoga session with some visiting friends!
Meals will be £5 for a full Indian home cooked lunch!
There will be therapist joining us for the day charging for taster sessions approx £25 per hour (£15 half an hour) we have several coming offering reiki, reflexology, hypnotherapy and Alexander technique.
