About the event
Yoga Retreat Day at the AshramÂ
9:30am Arrive and settle inÂ
10am Hatha Yoga class
11:30 Chai break
12 midday - Pranayama (Breath work) and relaxationÂ
1pm - Lunch (veggie/vegan provided)
2:30pm Sound bath or mantra chantingÂ
3:30 - 4pm talk on Yogic living
Cost: £80 for the day lunch and refreshments included.
Option to arrive the evening before and stay over night (soup provided from 7pm) £130
