Finding space and calm can be challenging, Yoga Satsanga Ashram is the perfect dedicated space set in the depths of rural South West Wales. The Yoga Satsanga Ashram is an eco-friendly centre offering authentic yogic sadhana (disciplined practice). The Ashram itself is a dedicated space for finding calmness and seclusion from the busy-ness of the outside world. This retreat is a combination of yogic practice, balanced meals and relaxation opportunities. Perfect for sharing together as a group or individually. Accommodation is shared (individual rooms available upon request) in bright and comfortable rooms.

Retreat Schedule.Â
Friday - arrive from 3pm onwards, find your room and become accustomed to the Ashram.
5pm Light supper
7pm Gentle Hatha Yoga with a deep guided relaxation
9pm option to retire and practice Mauna (silence) or enjoy a nice warming bedtime drink in the living space
Saturday - 7am early morning Hatha Yoga to awaken
8:30am Breakfast
10:30am Pranayama (breathwork - optional)
11:30am free time
1pm Lunch time
3:30pm Aromatherapies (optional additional treatments)
6pm Light Supper
7:30pm Om chanting and Satsanga (optional)
9pm retire and Mauna practice
Sunday - 7am early morning Hatha Yoga to awaken
